I am trying songbird now. I am disappointed that it won't play, rip, or burn cd's. I uninstalled it because of this. Also, when it re-scanned for media the 2nd time, it added duplicate entries.
I like how it looks, and the audio playback is pretty good. It's just not ready for primetime in my opinion.
I have tried out Foobar2000 yesterday, and it feels like it needs too much customization to make it easier to use ( especially if I'm letting others use my PC, and they want to hear some music ). I am not sure if I will keep it on my PC. |
