When I turn the pc on it flashes as though it's loading, you get a glimpse of the screen then the whole things fades to white. I have to sit and turn the monitor on and off numerous times until finally by some divine intervention it comes on. I have searched some tech forums to no avail. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
